Contact us. If you are paying monthly, we’ll change the plan and arrange to have the payment amount changed to reflect the new Category price. If you are on a pre-paid account, we’ll calculate the cost difference and collect the remaining balance at the time the plan is being changed. If the cost of the plan is less than what you have already paid, you will receive store credit for the balance or you can request a refund of 50%.
