Katie’s Parmesan Cream Sauce

Katie’s Parmesan Cream Sauce is a thick creamy sauce best poured on pasta, perogies, or chicken. Crafted with Katie’s Garlic Lovers’ Dream seasoning, it is sure to become a dinnertime favorite! It is a simplistic perfection!

Servings 4 people


  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 2 cups Parmesan cheese shredded
  • 1/2 tbsp Katie’s Garlic Lovers’ Dream Seasoning

Optional – Choose One of the Following

  • 1 tsp Katie’s Habanero Pepper Topper
  • 1 tsp Katie’s Ghost Pepper Topper


  • In preparation, shred a fresh block of Parmesan cheese. Freshly shredded cheese will give you the best results! 
  • In a medium pot, bring heavy whipping cream to a simmer, or slightly bubbling. 
  • Reduce the heat. 
  • Add a pinch of shredded Parmesan cheese to the cream. Stir until it is melted. 
  • Repeat until you have added all the Parmesan cheese to the cream. 
  • Add Katie’s Garlic Lovers’ Dream seasoning and (optional) Katie’s Pepper Topper. Stir well. 
  • Serve on pasta, chicken, or perogies! Enjoy!
