Katie’s Parmesan Cream Sauce
Katie’s Parmesan Cream Sauce is a thick creamy sauce best poured on pasta, perogies, or chicken. Crafted with Katie’s Garlic Lovers’ Dream seasoning, it is sure to become a dinnertime favorite! It is a simplistic perfection!

Servings 4 people
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 2 cups Parmesan cheese shredded
- 1/2 tbsp Katie’s Garlic Lovers’ Dream Seasoning
Optional – Choose One of the Following
- 1 tsp Katie’s Habanero Pepper Topper
- 1 tsp Katie’s Ghost Pepper Topper
- In preparation, shred a fresh block of Parmesan cheese. Freshly shredded cheese will give you the best results!
- In a medium pot, bring heavy whipping cream to a simmer, or slightly bubbling.
- Reduce the heat.
- Add a pinch of shredded Parmesan cheese to the cream. Stir until it is melted.
- Repeat until you have added all the Parmesan cheese to the cream.
- Add Katie’s Garlic Lovers’ Dream seasoning and (optional) Katie’s Pepper Topper. Stir well.
- Serve on pasta, chicken, or perogies! Enjoy!
